We will not send you a bill. We only accept debit or Credit Cards.
Credit or Debit card charges will show up under your account as CORNER STORAGE.
Rent is due on the first of the month, However, we will not charge a late fee and overlock your unit until the beginning of day 11 of the month. At that time a 15.00 late will be added to the account and unit will be overlocked.
Once payment is recieved your unit willbe unlocked within 24 hours.
If any late payment is not recieved in full by the 15th of the third month (90 days) of rental charges, we will process your unit fordisposal or sale.
A partial payment will not stop fees or official procedures.
If at 90 days we are unable to make contact with you through either phone, email or letter. Unit will be declared abandoned and lien process will begin with sale or disposal of the contents of unit.
We do not assume liability for the goods you store. Adding stored goods to an existing policy is generally quite inexpensive; we recommend contacting your insurance agency.
Do not use the rental unit for anything but DEAD STORAGE. Do not store any food, flammable, explosive, biological or illicitmaterials. The unit is to be used for storage only. No living in unit.
The storage unit must be vacated on or before the last day of the month for which rent has been paid and all terms and conditions of this agreement are met by the tenant.
The storage unit must broom clean, emptied, in good condition – subject only to wear and tear – and ready to re-rent. If lock and BOTH keys are not returned within 7 days, deposits will not be returned.
Upon move out tenant will clean unit by removing all belongings and broom sweep the unit. Lock the unit and return both keys to drop box in front of office building. You must also fill out move out form. Doing all of this will terminate the rental contract.
Failure to do so will not terminate contract and you will continue to get charged.
No Specific Office hours. Management may be reached by telephone or email.
We do not prorate when you vacate a unit. Management must be notified and lock and key retuned. Unit must be totally vacated key returned.
Only one lock is allowed per door latch. This lock and key must be a Lock and Key Storage Lock No Personal Locks allowed. If more than one lock is found, you may be subject to a 35.00 administration fee for the removal of that lock.
Please keep us updated of any address changes and/or phone number changes. Until we are notified in writing with your signature, the only valid address and telephone number present is on the lease.
Please leave aisles clear and do not block another tenant’s door.
Delivery drivers are to be met promptly and are not to block the front driveway or gate under any circumstances.
We will strictly enforce all policies and conditions in our contract. We do not make exceptions!
We do have the right to make changes to terms at anytime
No garage sales are allowed on premises.
